Het zichtbaar zijn van jouw onderneming op social media heeft een aantal voordelen, het is een van de makkelijkste manieren om in contact te komen met jouw (potentiële) klanten. Door het algoritme is er overduidelijk een verschil tussen de zichtbaarheid nu en een paar jaar geleden. Het betekend alleen niet dat het nu niet meer mogelijk is om zichtbaar te zijn.

Social media kan vaak heel frustrerend zijn, je doet je best maar er komt niets uit. Misschien weet je ook gewoon niet meer wat je moet plaatsen en hoe je dit moet plaatsen. Echter is het nog steeds niet hopeloos! Bij veel ondernemers licht de nadruk echt op het aantal likes. Echter zeggen deze likes helemaal niets. Iemand kan wel meteen op je link geklikt hebben om wat te gaan kopen en misschien niet op like hebben geklikt.

Hoe werkt de challenge?

Deze challenge vindt deels plaats via de mail en deels via de Facebook groep en dat is heel bewust gedaan. Je ontvangt elke ochtend, tijdens deze challenge, van mij een email. In deze email geef ik je een informatie hoe jij er nou voor kunt zorgen dat jouw berichten wel zichtbaar zijn. Naast deze informatie krijg je ook dagelijks opdracht mee. Het is aan te raden deze opdracht elke dag uit te voeren, zodat je direct het effect kunt zien. Je kunt vervolgens jouw bericht delen in de besloten Facebook groep. Je krijgt dan van mij feedback op jouw bericht en wat je in de toekomst eventueel kunt verbeteren om nog meer zichtbaarheid te krijgen.

Ik ben Stefanie,

Tijdens mijn studie kwam ik al in aanraking met webshops, in 2009 startte ik Lady Liberty. Dit begon eigenlijk als een grapje, ik wou wat extra geld verdienen om stage te gaan lopen in Amerika. Alleen dit grapje liep een klein beetje aan de hand en ik kwam er toch wel achter dat ik niet zo goed wist wat ik aan het doen was. Uiteindelijk heb ik dan ook besloten om in 2011 de webshop te sluiten, met als doel in de toekomst het nog eens te proberen.

Tijdens mijn afstudeerjaar heb ik een onderzoek gedaan naar kleine ondernemers die een webshop hadden. De conclusie was al vrij snel dat ook zij niet zo goed wisten wat ze deden. Het meest voorkomende punt was, dat ze niet op de hoogte waren van de regelgeving die bij een webshop komt kijken. Na dit onderzoek heb ik uiteindelijk een boek geschreven: “Hoe start ik een webshop? Handboek voor de kleine startende ondernemer.” In 2012 is dit boekje uitgegeven om zo de kleine ondernemers te informeren en te helpen met hun webshop.

Na mijn studie ben ik aan de slag gegaan als webshop manager, binnen deze functie heb ik een miljoenen webshop opgezet en is de webshop van 1fte naar 5fte gegaan. Het begon alleen wel te kriebelen, dus in 2016 startte ik weer een nieuwe webshop: Baby’s Closet. Deze draaide ik naast mijn drukke functie als webshop manager.

Met mijn jaren lange ervaring met webshops weet ik dat het hebben van een webshop niet altijd leuk is. Een webshop is keihard werken naast je baan, misschien wel kinderen. Je bent hem begonnen met de wens om ooit eens volledig voor jezelf te kunnen werken, maar je loopt regelmatig tegen verschillende punten aan waarbij je het soms even niet meer weet.

Ik zet mijn kennis in om jou te helpen met je webshop, zodat jij je droom achter na kan jagen!
